Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Willow Skybridge website. They do not cover paid planning work; that is governed by the separate Terms and Conditions and the written proposal you receive before any work begins.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By reading the pages or sending a message through the contact form you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the contact form; the information pages may still be read freely.

2. What the site is for

The site describes three pieces of digital transformation planning work offered by Willow Skybridge Godo Kaisha from Matsuyama, Ehime, and lets prospective clients contact us. It is not a shop, there is no account to create, and nothing on it is a binding offer until we have confirmed scope and fee in writing.

3. What the pages do and do not promise

• Descriptions of the landscape review, the change sequencing session and vendor selection support explain how we usually work. A particular engagement may be scoped differently once we have heard about your business.
• Prices on the offers pages are in Japanese yen and apply to the scope listed beside them. Whether consumption tax is included, and any change to scope, is confirmed in the written proposal.
• The pages give general information about planning systems changes. They are not legal, accounting or security advice, and they are not a substitute for a review of your own situation.
• The photographs show people in offices and meeting rooms for illustration. They are stock images and do not show our clients or staff.

4. Using the contact form

Please use the form to ask about our services, and give accurate details so that we can reply. Do not send passwords, credentials, customer lists or other confidential data through it; wait until scope and confidentiality have been agreed. We do not accept advertising, solicitations or bulk messages through the form and may delete them without reply.

5. What you may not do

• Interfere with the operation of the site, or try to gain access to parts of it that are not public.
• Send automated or bulk submissions, or use scripts to copy the site systematically.
• Present our text, layout or images as your own, or reuse them commercially without written permission.
• Use the site to send material that is unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights.

6. Links to other sites

We may link to outside websites when they help explain a point. We do not control their content or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of the company behind it. Because we take no commission from any supplier, a link on these pages is never a paid placement.

7. Ownership of the content

The text, page layout and graphics of this site belong to Willow Skybridge Godo Kaisha unless stated otherwise, and stock photographs remain the property of their respective licensors. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link back to the page. Anything you send us stays yours; we use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site running, but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove pages without notice. If the site is down and your matter is urgent, telephone +81 89-933-4072 or write to info@willow-skybridge.com.

9. Limits of liability

We take care over the accuracy of the pages, but we cannot promise they are free of mistakes or always up to date. To the extent Japanese law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from relying on the general information on this site, or from being unable to reach it. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Reports of errors and misuse

If you notice a factual mistake on a page, a broken link, or something that looks like misuse of our name by someone else, please write to info@willow-skybridge.com with the address of the page and a short description. We read these reports ourselves and correct genuine errors promptly. We cannot comment on third-party sites that merely resemble ours.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Matsuyama District Court has non-exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over any dispute that arises from using this website.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms when the site or our services change. The revised version applies from the day it is published here. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
