Compare suppliers with nothing but your own interest in mind
Requirement definition drawn from how your company actually works, structured comparison of proposals, and no commission taken from any vendor.
Back to homeWhat you receive
By the end of the process, you'll have a requirement document written around your actual workflow, a comparison matrix setting supplier proposals side by side, and support through up to three demonstration meetings — enough to make a decision you can stand behind.
The situation it addresses
Choosing between suppliers for a defined system is harder than it looks once product brochures enter the picture — each vendor presents its own strengths, and it can be difficult to compare like with like. Companies can end up choosing on which sales team was most responsive, rather than on which system actually fits.
How the work runs
We begin by defining your requirements from how the company works day to day, not from a vendor's feature list. Proposals are then set against those requirements in a structured comparison, and we help prepare the specific questions worth asking in a demonstration, so the meeting tests what matters to you rather than what the vendor wants to show.
What the four weeks look like
Across the four weeks, you'll see the requirement document take shape early, giving you a chance to adjust it before it's used to evaluate anyone. As proposals arrive, the comparison matrix builds progressively rather than appearing all at once at the end, so you can raise questions as they come up.

How progress is shown
No commission is taken from any supplier under consideration, so the comparison matrix reflects only what you told us matters. Progress is tracked against the requirement document itself — each proposal is scored against the same criteria, making the comparison legible at a glance.
