Three pieces of work

What's available, and who each one suits

Each piece of work stands on its own. Some companies start with a review; others arrive already knowing which system needs attention.

Back to home

A brief introduction

The three offers below can be taken in sequence or on their own. A landscape review suits a company that has not yet mapped what it runs on. A sequencing session suits one that already knows roughly what needs to change, but not in what order. Vendor selection support suits a company with a specific system already in mind for replacement.

If you are unsure which applies, a short conversation is usually enough to work it out together.

How to choose

Haven't mapped your systems yet? Start with the Landscape Review — it establishes the ground everything else is built on.

Know what needs to change but not when? The Sequencing Session turns a list of intentions into a workable order.

Already decided a system needs replacing? Vendor Selection Support helps you compare options without a stake in the outcome.

If none of these feels like a clear fit, a short conversation usually clarifies which is the right starting point.

What every offer includes

Across all three, you receive a written document at the end rather than a verbal summary, direct contact with the person carrying out the work, and an approach that starts from what your company already has rather than from a default recommendation.

On investment

Prices above are in Japanese yen, per engagement, and cover the full scope described; whether consumption tax is included is confirmed in the written proposal. There is no ongoing subscription attached to any of the three offers, and no obligation to book a further piece of work afterward.

A few questions before deciding

Can we book more than one offer at once?

Yes, though most companies complete a Landscape Review before a Sequencing Session, since the sequence usually draws on what the review finds.

Is a review necessary before Vendor Selection Support?

Not necessarily — if you already know which system needs replacing, Vendor Selection Support can start on its own.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You keep the written documents produced during the work. There is no requirement to continue with any further service.
